  1. Can I sill place an order online if my S&R membership card has expired?

    Yes, you can still place an order online however you will be charged with a 5% Non-S&R member surcharge upon checkout. Please have your renewed at any S&R warehouse club today.

  2. How can I renew my S&R membership online?

    This service is currently unavailable in S&R website. Please have your card renewed at the nearest S&R warehouse club and start enjoying unique membership benefits!

Ordering

  1. What are the available modes of payment?

    We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. We also have non-card channels that you can choose from:

    1. Credit Card
    2. Debit Card
    3. GCash
    4. GrabPay
    5. AliPay
    6. Bancnet for Online Banking
    7. EC Pay (Over the counter)
    8. 7-11 (Over the counter)
  2. What is Pre-authorization?

    The pre-authorization at checkout page is the amount held by your financial institution when you place an order. This allows your bank to reserve funds in your debit or credit card account so your S&R order can be processed. Once the order has been fulfilled, the pre-authorized amount will update to an actual charge shown in your receipt. In case of cancellation, your bank will release the hold.

  3. Can I make changes to my order after check out?

    Please contact our customer service if you wish to make changes to your order.

  4. What happens if a product is out of stock or missing from my order?

    We will attempt to substitute a similar item based on your replacement preferences at the checkout. You will always have the option to return if you are dissatisfied with the replaced item.

  5. What is My Favorites?

    My Favorites is your personalized shopping list. Fill your cart in minutes by clicking add to cart.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. What areas do you currently serve?

    We offer next-day delivery for areas within 3 kilometers from our S&R warehouse clubs and nationwide delivery for areas not covered by this distance. Available slots will be displayed when you checkout.

  2. What are your delivery hours?

    We deliver from 8:00 AM to 8:00PM daily. Our delivery partners will be at your doorstep at your reserved delivery date and time.

  3. Can I still place an order online if is is already past the closing of S&R store hours?

    You can still place an order online however delivery slots may be subject to availability. We offer next-day delivery and nationwide delivery.

  4. How do I place an order for delivery locally if I am overseas?

    You can set a delivery address and select a delivery slot that is convenient for the order recipient. You can always change the delivery address and the payment information linked in your account, in which cases you will be responsible.

  5. Can I have items delivered to multiple addresses?

    You can set multiple delivery addresses in your account however please update your default delivery address prior to checkout.

  6. What happens If I am unable to accept my order?

    Please note that orders are final once pain unless cancelled. Unattended delivery may result to unrestricted access to your items. S&R reserves the right to charge you with final amount and will not be responsible for the products in your order, including not not limited to, spoilage, damage or theft.

Returns and Refunds

  1. How do I return an item I purchased from an S&R warehouse club?

    Please proceed to the nearest S&R participating warehouse club and present your original receipt to the Membership counter. Please note that returns ar valid up to 7 days from the original purchase.

  2. How do I return an item I purchased from other online platforms?
