What a useless interaction with @CoxHelp. After getting to a human, their answer was basically “Sorry that the Internet connection doesn’t work for you. Signal looks good leaving here. Good luck with that! Bye!”

So @CoxComm billed my credit card $0.00, my credit card didn’t send payment, and I got a $25 delinquency charge. No way to fix it on the website or the app. Had to call a human during business hours. He quickly reversed the charge, but that call shouldn’t have been necessary.

@CoxHelp No thanks- they’ve been here many times before. It’s just a temp solution until the strength of the signal in the neighborhood is fixed, tuned-something.I remember upgrading to the best service & thinking how great it’ll be- only to be disappointed time after time.

@CoxHelp I’m done with this part of it too. I’ve answered these questions about 25 times over the past 4-6 months. Of course I check my download/upload/ping everyday- I’m a STREAMER.Bottom line, the signal is way too unreliable in this neighborhood. It’s criminal to even charge for it!
