This tent is made from 70D coated nylon fabric with a 3000mm waterproof rating. Although this isn’t as bulletproof as a canvas tent material, it still provides excellent durability for the lighter weight, allowing you to travel with it easily.

It has versatile features like the snow skirt (An important feature for me) for heat retention functionality/to keep warm in cold weather as well as the obvious port for the wood-burning stove.

With its large capacity and premium materials, it’s perfect for hot tent family camping trips, hunting trips, ice fishing, bushcraft, and any winter northern backcountry travel. Also, it is small enough to be used as a solo camp- which is primarily what I use it for.

I pack this tent (with a stove) into a pulk sled.

The complete setup kit includes a tent pole, stove jack, 24 tent pegs, and 10 guy lines.

In my opinion, this is truly one of the best-valued tents that are made with high-quality materials especially when paired with their stainless steel stove.

This lightweight tent is excellent for winter camping and is really similar to my favorite (Rock Fortress) hot tent.

The primary distinctions between these two models are the absence of snow flaps, a slightly more compact design, and thinner fabric material in this version.

Smoke and carbon monoxide can be stealthy and deadly, so it is best to take the necessary steps to stay safe. Sleepiness, slurred speech, and a red face are a few symptoms.

Don’t Fall Asleep With The Wood Stoves Burning.

Resist the urge to go to sleep with your stove still turned on

I know you will want to because I do too.

But I don’t.

You don’t want any material getting stuck in the pipe and accidentally causing a blockage- leading to dangerous gas buildup.

Ventilate Your Hot Tents.

First, you should make sure that your hot tent has proper ventilation. For the utmost safety, be sure to choose a spot for your hot tent that is well-ventilated with plenty of airflow.
